I believe that people often find themselves picturing a leader leading the entire world, but sometimes it's not like that. I think that you can often just guide an individual. I think that I have all those ten qualities but some I can improve on. For example, collaboration, vision (even though I don't like to picture something to the extreme because things always change), creating value of every single little thing apart from big things, and comfort around the unknown.
